Quality Artwork. On Time.
I'm a freelance illustrator specializing in character design. My goal is simple: to make you look good for hiring me.

Though I work on a variety of projects, I excel at designing mascots for use in ad campaigns, animation, logos, and other forms of marketing and entertainment. I'll strive to create an appealing character that will connect easily with your audience, be memorable, and increase the value of your brand.

Experience
I've worked on hundreds of projects whose end clients have included Disney, DreamWorks, Walmart, Target, General Mills, Hasbro, Scholastic, Verizon, Hewlett-Packard, Crayola, Big Idea, Canon, and 3M.

I'll give you a realistic estimate and stick to it. If the scope of the project changes I'll let you know immediately how it will affect your costs so there are no surprises in the final bill. If I can't meet your budget or your deadline I'll tell you up front and try to recommend someone who can.


Bio
I began freelancing while still in college and has been self-employed ever since. I've worked on hundreds of client projects both as an artist and as a project manager supervising other freelance artists. I'm also a conference speaker, I've written industry articles, and my work has been featured in Stay Tooned! magazine and on the Character Design Blog.

I'm a life-long Minnesotan and currently live in a Minneapolis suburb with my wife and two daughters.
